Term 3 has started and it's now time to Celebrate in Room 6.
We have :

Splashed colour around our class room
Started our class newspaper
Updated the look of our blog

Japanese student visit

We had a visit from some Japanese students touring New Zealand. It was great time for us to learn from them and for us to show what we do at school.

They showed us how to use spinning tops, skipping, origami and games they play outside at school. We all had lots and lots of fun.

How do you get to know other people better?

Well, in Room 6 we have been getting to know more about each other through poems.
Here are some of our Five Senses poems so you can get to know us better.

I like the taste of cheesecake flowing in my mouth.

I like the smell of pineapple sweetly filling the air.

I like the feel of snowflakes sprinkling on my face.

I like the sound of rain splashing in big puddles.

I like the look of disco balls shining on the wall.
